Overall I had a very good experience. Due to no fault from the service department I had to return for the third time to have an oil leak fixed after the oil was changed due to a faulty filter. My only complaint is that I think the filter should have been changed when I brought it back the first time.
The service by the dealership was professional and courteous. No complaints or criticisms. Kudos to the dealership. My only criticism is that this type of service should not even be required at the mileage on the vehicle. This is a GM issue, not the fault of the dealership. I am including these comments because GM needs to hear about these complaints and take them seriously. But again, great job by the service department on handling the work.
My oil change was completed in an acceptable amount of time and the employees were all nice in the service department, however, the pressure in my tires wasn't checked in which all 4 happened to be on the low side. I thought that inspection was a part of the oil changes.
The young man took very good care of me. He was very nice and went the extra mile to fix my car. Better keep this person for people like him are hard to find. Car is still running well. As long as he is working there then I know where to go when I have trouble..
Everyone was professional and very polite. John explained everything to me before I signed any papers. I had a very good experience with this dealership. I want to gave my agent that help me with my car (Tyler) an A+ he was great.
